Quicktime 7 for Windows
 
A "public preview" -- another term for beta version? -- is now available for download from the Quicktime site. For anyone publishing video to the web, this should be great news!

It is great for me and my web publishing.

Check out the first 2 home movies listed at http://www.suthard.com

They are medium quality H264 quicktime7 format - but full frame rate.
