Setting up timeline for DVCPRO50 and DV clips to get best quality final video?
Hi all,
This is the first time I have had to do something like this. 3 Cameras on a dance concert. One (main camera) supplying DVCPRO50 clips and the other two (cutaways etc) are DV. Pictures from main camera are lovely. Other cams are pretty darned ordinary, gotta say. To get the best quality render and final video file from the timeline before burning to DVD, should I set it up for (a) DVCPRO50, (b) DV, or (c) one of the Apple ProRes formats? Thanks in advance, DC |
Hi, unless you have a lot of graphics working on a dvcpro50 timeline should be the most efficient workflow

Thanks Craig.
Not a lot of graphics, just some basic title overlays... That said, if I am to introduce more graphics, what timeline should I use? Cheers, DC |
