Blackmagic HD card settings
 

Hi guys I have a question regarding my blackmagic HD extreme card when used with FCP.

I have it hooked up to an LG 720p TV but shoot and edit on FCP from AVC Intra 4.2.2 10 bit 1920x1080i 25np which is then re-wrapped in the same format as pro res HQ.

Do I set the preferences for output from the blackmagic card to suit the FCP timeline i.e 1920x1080i 25np etc or to suit the TV I have hooked up via HDMI i.e 1280x720p 8 bit etc?
