Best QT with FC 7.0.3 and OS 10.5.8
 

I had a system drive failure yesterday so the Apple Store is replacing my drive.

Funny thing is the last few weeks I could not empty my trash then I could not put anything in my trash. Also Time Machine stopped working. Yikes I knew something bad was up so I took it in and they could not even get it to boot. Hooked up an external boot drive and the system drive had failed. At least all of my projects and footage are safe on other drives that are backed up.

They are putting OS 10.5.8 back on the drive. I had FC 7.0.3 but can't remember which QT I was running. The system was great and kept me very productive with my XDCAM PMW-500, EX1, and POV cameras.

Any one know which QT is best for this setup?

Also my Mac Pro has one empty internal drive slot of the four and I want to put in a fourth drive. Be nice to have 1-2 TB drive, any recommended?. I run my footage on external Dulce RAID and my backups are FW800 but be nice for more internal storage.
