Flash Compression Settings

Hi folks, I am using Premiere Pro CS3 to create my flash files. I've used several default settings - 256, 512 and 1024 and custom ones. My problem is the clarity versus the file size. Mine appear to be very large.

Is there a better way to compress the files and maintain quality than using Premiere Pro? What are folks using for Flash on the web?

thanks

Sorenson Squeeze for Flash:

The same physics apply to any compressor. The more data you allow per second, the better looking an the larger your file will be. The differences is in the quality of the compressor. The better compressors can make better results in the same amount of data. Here's an example done with Sorenson tools at around 384kbits per second data rate.

thanks for the response Ernest. What size is your file? Did you do the video?

It's 10m 11s. 28.9MB. No.

I also use Sorenson Squeeze but its mainly to get batch features and such. Technically you should be able to get good results if you customize the presets and save it once you find one you like. How big in terms of Resolution do you want it? Ill see if I can give you a starting point.
