How do I put this on the web?
 

I'm thinking that this question has already been presented, but I cannot find it. It's really a basic question, but I'm not all too technologically gifted. Plese help..

I have a short that we've shot, and now I have a copy on a dvd.

Ho do I put this movie onto the internet so you can see it?

You need a website to host it on, you need to re-encode the movie into a more web friendly codec (because mpeg-2 DVD is pretty big for the web) and then you just upload it to the website.
It sounds pretty easy, and really it's not so bad once you know what's going on, but it can be quite complicated depending on your level of pursuit.

For a start you could look at a simple service like .Mac, which makes it very easy, but you'll need a Mac to really make it seamless.
