Ah, I did buy the whole package initially-- forgot to take that into account. Makes more sense now. It looks like in this case the upgrade is less compelling.

Probably not. Hopefully the next version is just around the corner anyways as they just released a new version of the standalone flash version to allow for H264 encoding since Adobe added that to flash.

Proper meta data is a big one for me. I use the free meta data injector so I can stream the videos on my server. All it requires is the Keyframe info to be put in the file, the program I use is freeware so its not a huge deal but it would save time, especially when I forget and upload the 120MB file only to have to do it again.

Ill think of more Im sure though...
