HD video system operates in the 5.8ghz
Will the battery interfere with the phantom transmitter and what of the monitor as well.
Anything in the photo going to change the phantom's rf?

I am not familiar with that monitor, but I have seen many people attaching them like you have. And that is how I plan to do it as well... when I sometime in the future buy a fpv system.
It seems like most people use a Fatshark/ immersion system. So you might want to compare their systems with what you have.

Most important is that you use either a 1.3GHz or 5.8GHz transmitter/ receiver for your video/ data link.
Your phantom transmitter operates on the 2.4GHz. So I don't think there will be interference between the phantom and your 5.8GHz video link.

the paylod for the phantome is about 200g, 350 being the maximum acceptable.
Since the RX100 is about 250g, you are technically already overloaded.
add the accessories to fix the camera, the transmitter, and you are at the limit where your flight becomes drastically shortened and unstable.

You were right
It will fly but it's unresponsive and scary
Heated up the phantom as well
