Fields

Just a short video shot flying low over some local rapeseed fields. While filming for a moment the Phantom disappeared into the crops but a quick throttle up brought it back into sight! The slight softness to the left side of the image was caused by nector picked up on the lens!

To watch in HD- view via the vimeo site. :)

Nice video. I like most of it.
But a few clips where you have increased speed (in post?), was too much in my opinion.
(Ex. at 37sec you have a rapid movement)
I would also prefer to see the clip from 46-49sec slowed down a bit.

Thanks Trond for your comments and suggestions. I will give that a go. Still learning and a long way from getting even half close to so many other peoples efforts!

looks good. For what its worth I like the time compression. It is a good way to show off more of your flying time, with less viewing time.

I liked it too. I would have preferred that you eased into normal frame rate from sped up as opposed to the sudden change. Not a long speed ramp, just some quick ease in and ease out on the speed changes.

Another small observation, I would try to eliminate any shots that the rotor blades get into. For me at least, it takes me out of the moment.
