Map Trace Effect in FCP Motion or Flash
 

Not sure if this an AE or FPC, Flash or 'other' software question.
I own and know FCP and want to know if anyone has accomplished this exact effect in either FCP or AE or 'other' software. Or if a plug is in needed.
I think it's referred to as map trace effect or "Indiana Jones" effect.
