HDR-HC1 1 CMOS versus PV-GS400 3 CCD

Hi
I like the true color and crisp image. I used a TRV950 for long time. (I use 50% indoor and 50% outdoor)
I will buy a HDR-HC1 or PV-GS400 but I have not found which is the best in this case.
Could you help me?
Thanks

I'm a pretty big fan of the HC1, just got an A1 today, which is basically the pro version of the HC1.
In DV mode, I think you'd have an argueable point between the two but the added HDV point definitely gives the nod to the HC1, IMO.
Plus, larger chip on the HC1, *might* give a better DV image, but again...HDV still would take the nod. I'll have images from the A1 up in the morning, as I'm still shooting with it now.
HC 1 images are up http://www.vasst.com/resource.aspx?i...7-b80f2e918d07

Since the Sony HDV camera uses a 2 megapixel CMOS chip even a 25 % efficient Bayer color filter will yield 500,000 pixels of color information for each color. Most 3 CCD cameras will only yield about 400,000 pixels of color information for each color. So the Sony HDV camera even though its a single chip camera will provide better color accuracy.
