Can I recover dropped frames?

I captured a pretty impressive roll over accident at a desert race in laughlin last weekend. It seems as if I lost the first couple of frames to a dropout. I can kind of see the corrupted frames when playing back in slow-reverse, but not any way else. Is there any way to recover these lost frames?

Thanks.

Nope. If they're not there, they're not there.
The best means of fixing dropped frames in DV that I've accomplished is to take a frame preceding the dropped frame, and the frame post dropped frame and blending them as half-frames over the dropped frame part. So, you get 1 full frame before drop out, 2 half frames, and then a full frame after the drop out. Your NLE may or may not allow you to work with half-frames. If not, then grab either pre or post drop out and insert that full frame instead.
