Canopus Frame Accurate Batch Capture
 

They managed to do it in Edius 3.3 version and it is nice....no fat on the head or tail like like some batch captures of HDV out there...just plain old frame accurate. Very nice. You don't leave the timeline to do it either, just select the generic HDV input and you are controling the camera and setiing the start/end points and adding to the list.

Did I mention that Edius 3.3 makes frame accurate captures at timecode change, date/time change and audio sampling changes....this is as good as Dv capture.
