Kudos to B&H Photo
Not sure if this is the right forum. Anyway, I ordered a lens from B&H Photo a few weeks ago, and UPS dropped it off on my doorstep. Unfortunately it got stolen before I got home. There was discussion around "signature required" or not. I must say, both UPS and B&H were very responsive, professional, polite and apologetic. Not anyone's fault really, mostly bad luck. And they really only had my word that it was missing. But B&H just agreed to a full refund. Nicely done. I've ordered many things from them in the past, and will continue to be a customer in the future! Highly recommended.
