Fantastic Customer Service from Camera Motion Research (Blackbird Steadicam)
We wanted to share with you all just how fantastic Camera Motion Research is. Our Blackbird steadicam broke during travel, and a replacement part was going to cost a ton of cash. After e-mailing Rich at CMR we had our Blackbird repaired and mailed back to us within a week for just $15 plus shipping. They responded to our e-mail in lightning speed, and maintained great communication the whole way. I highly suggest purchasing from them. You will be taken care of!
