Question about Pinnacle demo CD

I'm taking advantage of a break in my schedule to try new NLEs before pruchasing. I requested an Edition 6.0 demo CD from Pinnacle's web site in early July but have not received it. (I got my Avid CD yesterday, after five weeks. Canopus took only two weeks to ship my Edius 3 demo.) After four weeks, I ordered another tryout CD from Pinnacle but have received nothing. I got the same "Thank you, you'll have your CD in 6-8 weeks" e-mail, but eight weeks has passed.

I would've downloaded the tryouts at work via my employer's T1 line, but I don't have immediate access to a CD burner there to get the files to my home studio. Is something wrong over at Pinnacle?

I wonder if you'll include MediaStudio Pro 8 as a late entry in this shootout. I'm leading toward the Pinnacle and Avid products, but Ulead's new offering finally seems to be a contender, and its price is very attractive. Are you guys testing the software yet? Just trying to make an informed buying decision here.
