Does anyone know what other HDV cameras will transport 720p 30fps HDV via firewire for importing? My local rental shop doesn't carry any JVC.

Don't think any other cameras support it. You could use a JVC CU-VH1 deck.

I am a videographer/editor based just outside of Philadelphia, Pa and I am working on a documentary with a friend in Seattle. I would like to hire film students to shoot digital video from time to time over the next six months and send the tapes to me for editing. Anyone interested in this part-time work?
