playing an mp4 QT- jumpy

I have a Sanyo HD 1000 Xacti. When I put the files on my 2 Sati raid 0 system, dual core with 2 gigs of ram and a 512mb gforce, I still get a jumpy playback. The file is a compressed 1920x1080.

Where is the bottle neck?

Will A black magic Intensity board help in play back.
