Export to tape freezing! Need help ...
 

Im using a small sony HC7 to capture some videos done on a FX1 and had no problems so far but I cant get it exported to tape correctly. I should have tried 20 different tapes and movies and all them getting this annoying 1-2 seconds freezing during the playback.

Im using Adobe Premiere, core2duo 2.8Gz, 4GB ram, windows XP, exporting 30min HD videos. Tried on another PC with about the same specifications and get same problem.

Do I need a deck to do it?

You shouldn't.

Can you explain a bit more about your workflow? Things like source format, project format, output format. SD or HD. Different things happen in your system depending upon what you are working with.
