I think there is a way to play all in the folder. Not sure from disc, but through the LinkServer you can.

The chip in the unit may not support that audio. Their next player should.

I looks like there may be lots of things I can do with a disk if I use the linkserver s/w or play them on a PC. But, none of that solves I want to give a disc to a customer, that can purchased the avel2 player, to play the disc directly to their HDTV.

I sure hope features that come out in the new player are put into the existing. Sure would not be happy just buying this new player and finding out there is no more support updates for new features.

According to the notes on the forum, they have it already - from the next to last upgrade. But there is one small problem. You only get the next higher rev each time you upgrade. Not the latest rev. So you may have to upgrade a half dozen times.

Be able to do what with the latest firmware? I have the latest and I'm sure Steve does too. If you mean the latest LinkServer, that re-encodes your files that are not supported normally.

Steve, I had the same question, update what?
If it is for wma9 pro, I could not get it to work.

If it to somehow link videos together to play as one stream, how do you do?

Thanks

Dave
