Has anyone come across anything else for cataloging mini DV tapes?

I couldn't get the Videomatica download to work.

I tried CatDV, but it was terribly slow (but I'm currently working on a slow machine) and the Java download required to run CatDV did some odd things to my browser defaults.

TEPX looks promising, but the Bronze level doesn't bring the functionality I'm looking for and the Silver is too rich for my fledgling business.

Are there any others? I'm actually quite surprised that Sony, Adobe, or ULead don't have Video Cataloging software. I've read that Avid has cataloging software, but I'm presuming it is embedded in the Avid suite of software and that even if it were separate, I couldn't affort it. Can the Vegas VidCap program be pressed into service as a cataloging tool?
