wow, this is turning out to be a great thread! i really appreciate the interest and opinions this is generating. i hope this thread will be able to help others wrestling with similar issues.

i can see Lisa's point about having something small to take everywhere. my wife isn't thrilled with the size of the hd1 either.

i agree with Troy's and Jose's "capture now, edit later" philosophy. editing is bound to get easier with time. but i can't recapture the moments.

Troy, thanks for the offer of clips, but i have already downloaded all i could find and i am planning on purchasing Darren Kelly's dvd when it is available.
