If you are in the shade on an overcast day you may find a WB of 8000k or higher will work best. It all depends on what you are shooting, when you are shooting it and where you are shooting it.

I agree with Ian, don't bother with lights, use reflectors (white, gold, silver, whatever) or simply large pieces of styrofoam (up to 1x2 m), inexpensive and disposable after the shoot
