I can't comment on the quality of the processor but I found the matrix of the HD100 more accurate. The stock matrix of the 200/250 seems to be "skewed" quite a bit and it's further away from the 1:1 target that I had for the TrueColor configuration. After a couple of weeks of trying, using the 28-color ChromaDuMonde, I had to settle for something that is better than stock but that I don't feel is as good as the result that we can get with the HD100. Orthers have confirmed my findings so I'm quite sure that this is accurate.
On the other side, once I received the ChromaDuMonde I checked the values for TrueColor 3 for the HD100 and they were just right, even though I initially designed that scene file with the FrontBox HD chart.
