Lumiere

Hi!
When I try to use Lumiere and want to use the PAL 720P codec I end up with a film with the following dimensions: 720X404.
Why is that?? I thought it would be 1280X720.
Has anyone any experience working with Lumiere. Because I havent had any luck with it so far....
