Green Spot
 

I am very troubled by the sight of a greenish purple pixel or dot or spot in the top left of the frame on all my recorded material. It's not the lens that's the problem, the dot appears even when the lens cap is on. I am very troubled by the existence of this spot, it is rather noticeable and shouldn't exist on this camera. How should I go about returning this camera? Has anyone experienced this problem before? Is there any quick solution? The green spot simply makes the footage useless and unwatchable. How do I take care of this? Many thanks,

ahhh...sounds like a dead/stuck pixel. There's a masking procedure somewhere in these threads. Or is it possible you just sneezed on the lens? Just trying to cover my bases here.
