help !!

Shot a interview the other night and i had the frame rate set to high for the other day time shoot.

I din't notice it at the time, but after it was captured on to the computer the lights are flickering in the back round.

Is there a was to fix this: re capture or in post ???

I am working in FCP.

hmm, take a frame grab and crop it to fit over the problem light.


I have actually done this before but it only works on static shots. I would think there would be a better and less retarted way, but it did work in my situation.
