The lower the light the noisier it gets. The noise can be atrocious. In halfway decent light it looks great, with a much better bitrate then the GoPro. Between this camera and the DJI Mavick I'm thinking GoPro could get pretty beat up.

Mark do you have any 60P video as I am not a fan of 30P. I know that it does not do 60P in UHD.

I don't normally shoot in 1080. Here is a sample test video in 1080 60P. Smooth motion:


Select 1080 60P, obviously.

Hey Mark,

Appreciate all your input with this camera. I have been using the 1000 since it came out and just ordered the 3000. Screen on my wrist is great, and with the right settings the cameras do ok as POV's.
