Music performance video shot with RX0II + Yi4k (x 2)

Just a little music performance video made during the lockdown.. 😀

In this, I have been experimenting with my own transitions without using the ones included. This involves messing with cropping, multi-angle screen placements etc. Hope you like it 👍

Cameras used:
Sony RX0m2 (main)
Yi 4k+ (sides, x 2)

Mild colour correcting was done on the Yi’s to match the sony.

All were recording at 4k25p

(A couple of mistakes here and there 😀. I need to get used to playing faster material!)

Just what we need for sombre times - smooth music and a sunny afternoon. Thanks for posting, Bryan.

Re: “When All Is Said And Done”

Thanks, Brian. much appreciated.

The reason why I did this video was really twofold:

I was experimenting with different editing styles (normally i do normal multicam shoots, but this one animates certain angles in various parts of the video).

Second, I just had a burst of inspiration. I just had to record it!

Exuberance aside though, I’ve heard more sombre songs that actually sound anything but.

Those Yi4k+ cameras still hold up well! One of them got so hot that it got stuck on the tripod! (4+ hours in a fixed angle while shooting a wedding @2.7k50fps). The RX0's are better for that sort of purpose (because of the heat). The plastic on the Yi's? Not so much, but it still works though! :D
