Nikon D4 video & Sony HVR-Z1U

I have been asked by a friend to make a short video with her (dancing) and i thought it would be fun to do this with a multicam set-up. I have the D4 (haven't actually done any video with the D4) and the Sony HVR-Z1U HDV camera (quite a while since I used this). I understand that the cameras are very different and that I will have a hard time getting the footage to match as close as possible (will be done in Premiere Pro and After Effects) when it comes to color and tonality. What can/need I do beforehand so that time spent in postproduction is reduced (I guess I'm asking for picture control settings) and is it the D4 or the Sony that is the limiting factor (i.e. should I try to match the D4 with the Sony or the other way around)? Is the differences between the cameras so big that a multicam shoot will be "unpleasant" to look at since one would only focus on the big differences between the clips? Any input is highly appreciated.

Biggest difference is Depth of field. A full-frame sensor vs a 1/3'' sensor is a dramatic difference and you're going to need to stop down your D4 to match the Z1U.

Thanks, I'll keep that in mind.

One thing I like to do is use the video camera as the wide shot and the DSLR as the close up. That will cover up the difference in dof.
