NTSC <-> PAl software converter
 

Did anybody try the converter available from
http://www.dvunlimited.com/#dvpnc

looking like quality product. If this is really for what they are talking about providing reasonable quality of conversion I would be considering purchasing a license.

I'd try a product out before buying it. Especially for such things.

In my opinion it seems to work best in hardware, somehow...

Of course I would try out first - they seem to provide demo version.
hardware option would be better indeed, but a quality, dedicated hardware costs fortune, a budget one doesn't outshines software tool in results quality. For amateur I think if software can deliver reasonable resuilts that would be most cost-effective.
