Hello,

I have done some bluescreen and compositing work in After Effects.. But have not worked with Maya (is that what you meant?) I have a demo online at my website, (best viewed with broadband access) at www.digitalcanvas.net button is on first page)
The 3d stuff was done in Lightwave 3D..

Well, I used photoshop, not after effects, but here's a lightsaber sequence from a stage play I did in law school, with one of our more aged professors fighting a corrupt and evil dean:

Our director choreographed, we had three cameramen, and I edited and did the visual and sound effects.

Oh and yes the lightsabers were REALLY there on stage. :)
