haven't had any since I was back home visiting my family in '98. What do you guys think about menudo? you guys are

Well I am not much of a menudo fan, never really aquired the taste growing up. But Hatch green chile, chorizo on a fresh made tortilla...now that is heaven on earth!

Or how about enchiladas with an over easy egg on top. Man I am glad that it is lunch time! Just thinking about this stuff makes me hungry.

And for a little mid day snack sopapillas with honey on them!

speaking of lunch, luckily today we had a bbq up in kyoto, my wife and I brought tortillas, rice and beans with homemade salsa, our japanese friends had tacos for the first time, even their 10 year old son like the jalapenos we brought. have a good lunch, I'm off to bed, it's 1:30 am (tuesday)now, I'm sure I'll dream of chorizo tonight!
