need help identifying special effects-video inside...
 
I came across this video that was obviously made by an beginner..but there were some effects I like on it..such as the "ghosting" effect...take a look... anyone know who makes this and will it work for the adobe premiere 7?

and yes I do hate the music that is with that video...the ghosting effect starts about maybe 20 secs in the video

Looks like the shine plugin for Adobe seen it a few times. Nice effect if used in moderation.
