Imported .PSD image looks Shaky??
 

I imported several .PSD files (containing text and graphics), when I previewed my video on my TV screen, one of the images looked slightly shaky?

Is there a way to fix this?

First of all, you don't say what program you are importing the .psd into to get it on the TV screen. The answer could vary depending on the specific program. However, it sounds like an interlace problem. In Vegas Video, there is a flag that can be set named "Reduce Interlace Flicker". Another common technique seems to be to add a slight gaussian blur to the picture so that horizontal and vertical lines are not so distinct and are also wider.

It might be wise to have Photoshop export a .BMP file in the
final resolution you need for your video instead of opening the
PSD in Premiere (assuming you are not "using" the PSD in
Premiere other than just viewing it). This might solve your
problem. It also depends on the type of image and text you have.
Very thin text will shake a bit in interlaced. There is a whole
craft of making text read good on an interlaced TV set.
