is there a external usb pci card device

Hi guys after a wedding i just want to download all the hd footage as quick as i can but i am inhibited by the slow transfer and putting in and taking out single cards.
Is there a device i can plug into one of the USB ports on the front of my desktop then transfer multiple SD cards at the same time. steve

Not a USB 3 reader, there is a 4-slot USB 2 reader: https://www.amazon.com/High-Speed-Sl...ulti+sd+reader

But how about one of these: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00VDVCQ84...subtag=WC33373

And 10 of these: https://www.amazon.com/Kingston-Digi...ORI/ref=sr_1_3

The drawback is that all the SD cards will be sharing the USB bandwidth.

A hub of sorts with inserts (sold separately) to suit your needs: Lexar Professional Workflow HR1 Four-Bay USB 3.0 Reader Hub LRWHR1RBNA https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00EJ8CKRU..._sVLrybXXNYJQY

However, I wonder if your issue isn't simply slow read speed cards or slow USB2 throughput. With my Transcend U3 cards, a whole 2 hour AVCHD show doesn't take much longer than 4-5 minutes to transfer. Think about the other pieces of the chain, including their theoretical and actual read/write speeds. Otherwise I like the Lexar USB3 readers quite a bit.
