Nope, not for me. I spend time in helicopters etc, but that's nuts. Regarding roping on, I guess he could have someone behind him clipping him on and off as needed?

My first post, so hi as well...

That's too bad, Neill. Didn't they tell you that's the DVinfo initiation ceremony?
We've all done it - all 25,842 of us. that's why the path is so worn.

:-)

Welcome to the list, Neill. I took the liberty of adding you the the Brit list that's developing:

Thanks, I'll add a proper intro there... :-)

Any more thoughts on the safety lines? I don't believe that it's done without... Unless he's one of those free-climbing guys.

No good asking me - I nearly freaked out taking stills on the Pontcysyllte Aqueduct.

I have filmed hanging out of helis and aeroplanes, from the top of steep cliffs and mountains, but I would never do that walk with a camera. Or without, for that matter. I felt every step in my stomach. This was awesome.

Amazing.

Must be a free runner.

I'd say no way is this done with a harness. You'd be aware of the stopping and starting. Look at the guy he overtakes.

The only way I can see is if he was roped up to some mates behind him but I doubt it. Probably more dangerous than doing it solo (risk of snagging).

It looks like the camera is in some sort of harness. It's very smooth. I'd love to find out how he did that.

And who is he (or she, I suppose it could be)? I think he deserves a credit.

Great location for a horror film. Thank god for CGI.

My palms sweated all the way through.

He trips...

Take a look at the very beginning of the video. He crosses onto the concrete walkway, and stumbles trying to get onto it. Doesn't build a lot of confidence, considering what's coming up.

I am going to Spain in 2 weeks, close to Malaga, and i certainly hope to visit this place. What an awesome clip.

Chris, I have heard that it is now closed to the public, but I'm not sure. Would love to see your shots if you go.
