dv dubbing and timecode
I've got to dub some miniDV tapes to miniDV, how do I do this and retain timecode?
Do I have to dub to DVCam instead? |
I don't think you can make a clone (exact timecode match) on mini DV unless a new mini Dv deck has come out with a timecode generator that will lock to existing TC. I believe you'll have to clone it with a DVCam deck.

If you dub into a pro VTR (Sony DSR30 and maybe others) and set it for dubbing the existing TC
