Indie short movies for $0.99 in iTunes?
 

Hi there,

I was thinking yesterday about opening a quick discussion here at DVinfo about the possibility of having independent short movies in iTunes for 99 cents.
I mean basically, I wanted to ask you guys why this could or could not be possible. What do you guys think?

I know you can buy movies there, but I thought: well, there is an Apps Store, and they do sell Apps made by either big companies or a regular high school Joe kid for 99 cents, so why not the same deal with Indie movies? Like the kind of the range of people we have in these forums could make.

I know there are other venues to promote and distribute your movie out there, but I am JUST specifically asking and talking about iTunes.

Any thoughts about this?
