I'll see if I can cancel the order and if not then I will send it back. If the G2s will suit my needs then it will save me about $500. I found these, will they work well for what I'm doing?

Yes except the antenna on one of them is damaged. It costs about $125 to be repaired or you can get by for a while with some electrician's tape. Eventually, Sennheiser will stop repairs on that generation.

On the good side, they include all the bits you are supposed to get so you can attach the receiver to the camera shoe and you have both 1/8 mini and XLR cables.
