DVD's dual layer
Do you use or recommend using the dual layer DVD's? Would you get a lot more time on them then the regular ones?
|
Richard,
Dual layer - double the storage. They usually cost more than two single layer discs though. I've been happy using them - but only for large files or long video DVDs. Dual layer burners are cheap now. |

I did buy a spindle of 25 at CompUSA awhile back for $29.95. Haven't seen 'em that cheap since!

Dual Layer - HD-Player
If one had a DVD HD Player, wouldn't one have to use a Dual Layer DVD to capture the HD quality for your LCD or Plasma screen. Doesn't HD require more byte space compared to a single layer DVD?
