pic of my Pelican case for DV953
I got a Pelican 1200 for the cam, I thought i would share this with yall. It was $40 and damn worth it, its pink anti-static foam. I kept it small so I could stick it in a backpack.
I could drop this thing off a cliff and it would be fine! http://www.imagestation.com/picture/...b/fa85393c.jpg http://www.imagestation.com/picture/...c/fa85393b.jpg |
That's a nice case! Thanks for posting it for us.
PS: I see you're using Sony tapes. :) |
ya, sony tapes...is that bad?
cuz I just grabbed whatever looked good on the shelf! |
Yes that is a nice case. You should not drop it because you will damage the case. How much did it cost?
|
Pelican makes a fine product. However, I've recently switched over to another manufacturer: here is my report.
I've never seen the anti-static foam (jeez, what a color!) Was that offered through Pelican? |
Fred, he said he paid $40 for it.
Interesting info there Charles about the other cases. Thanks. |
Not a true camera case, but I picked up this aluminum case at Lowes for $29.00.

Hey! that sounds like me---but wait! I haven't checked my loto tickets yet.
