Frame Grabs

Hey everyone. Quick question. I wanted to know what the most effective way is to get a frame grab from the DVX. I've seen some sites with some great looking quality shots and just wanted to know what the process was. I 'm using Premiere and assume that I'll have to prcess it through Photoshop also. Thanks in advance!

It's pretty simple. In premiere go to File > Export timeline > Frame.

In Vegas 4.0, just hit the little floppy disk looking button in the preview window.

Thanks but I'm fully aware of that. But it seems that some people have posted some very high res pictures and I just wondered if they were doing anything different once it was exported from Premiere.
