Basic filters
 
I'm looking on getting a set of Tiffen filters:

UV Protector, Circular Polarizer and 812 color warming filter.

First off, what is a 812 color warming filter? I'm thinking that there's a more important filter that I need.

Second, is $78 a good price on the three?
