How to use Panasonic SDR-H20

Sorry in advance if this is the wrong forum ...

At work I may use this small camera. Used to HDV, XDCAM and FCP, I cannot find out how to use it. The program imagemaker3 is a disaster, iMovie cannot import it. My workplace possibly can get Adobe Premiere in some future.

Any better ideas?
