HC-VX870/970 and HDMI questions
 

1) does anyone know for sure if the HDMI output is 4:2:0 or 4:2:2 (at least in HD 1080 modes) ?

2) I noticed that when set in 2160p recording mode, a 1080i/p signal can be output while the cam is in standby (if 1080 is configured in the corresponding HDMI menu option), but as soon as recording begins, the output is forced to 2160p...No way to keep HDMI output to 1080i or 1080p when recording in 2160p ?
