Beep is muted on HDMI on FZ2500
 

OK guys I have the opposite problem to Larry. With an HDMI cable plugged into the camera my beep sounds are muted!! I use this mainly for live broadcast and micro>full cables damaged both my FZ1000 ports so this camera has a LockPort adapter permanently plugged in so the tiny socket cannot get damaged.

The usual "beep" when you focus and the shutter sound are now muted so you have to rely on visuals to make sure you did grab focus and also that the camera is recording as it's totally silent.

Has anyone noticed this when a cable is plugged in and is there any way to over-ride it?? I can live without the beep but it is reassuring to hear the focus beep and the recording beep
