Importing to Premiere CS3/Windows
 

I need to import video footage taken with a panasonic p2 from southern africa (pal?) into my adobe premiere so i can edit. africa team uses sony vegas to edit videos. what format should they export to so i can receive here in california and edit the footage and still create high hd quality? do i need to do any conversions first? footage was captured in HD 720/25p.
