Step by step workflow guide for HVX200 and Firestore FS-100 shooting 720 24p (link)
 

Hi all,

We recently received our FS-100 Firestore recorder and have been trying very hard to figure out how to get it to work with our Panasonic HVX200. After days of trial and error, we were able to crank out a step by step workflow for using the HVX200 and FS-100 from shooting --> playback --> capturing in FCP (5.1.1) in the 720 24p format.

And, most importantly, if there's anyone out there who have a working workflow for shooting 1080 24p, please let me know! (Without having to go through Cinemal Tools)I have not been able to get that format working all the way from acqusition - playback - capture in FCP.
