I'm finally going to make the plunge, but does anyone know any reputable dealers out there? I usually use BH Photo, but saw Broadway Photo and a few others, where does everyone else get their camera equipment?

As a rule we always refer people to the DVinfo.net sponsors who sell almost all the equipment we talk about/rate/use. Omega Broadcast is my preferred vendor for any video-related camera equipment.

Buy wherever you get the best service, and knows about the AKS for the camera. We already have our camera, but dropped into Birns and Sawyer for some AKS, and Jim took pretty good care of us. They also had a pretty good price on the camera's too, and in stock.

Some vendors are bundling P2 cards with the HVX200, so you might check that out. The camera doesn't come with a P2 card, and the bundle price is a discount.

I bought my camera (and a lot of other gear) from Abel Cine and they seemed very helpful. I'm sure that a lot of other people have them, but I'm crazy about the custom Pelican case I bought from them.
